    Pros

Great size company- not too big, not too small. Good people working in the field. Solid products and getting better. Good benefits also.

    Cons

Pay could be better for the amount of work, but that's the life of commission sales. Also limited growth opportunities within the company.

    Pros

Good for people who have been self employed. Able to climb the ladder with proven ability. Good co workers. Nation wide company.

Very long hours needed to succeed.
A lot of new upper management had no idea what the people in the field selling had to contend with to do their job.

Current Employee - RSR in Yukon, OK

    Pros

You are provided with everything you need with no investment to run basically your own business. There's a lot of poor reviews on here but I'll say if your money motivated, can talk, and don't mind a little hard work you can defiantly make good money.

    Cons

Hours can be long 11-12 daily but couldn't work any where else without a degree and make what I do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Bring back all the contests.
