    very good people, nice managers, flexible times

    Cons

    low salary.
    I could fire 30% of the company and no one would realize.

    Lots of great people, really friendly and fun atmosphere. Pretty similar to the other banks, management tried to create opportunities for the team

    Bad technology, low budgets, like any office managers have favourites, needs to be more strategic within specific teams, often just reacting to outside forces
