    Pros

Work-life balance and opportunities for people who has been trained in another country and have experience with multi-cultural markets.

    Cons

Commuting is one of the main reasons as I wish to re-locate to a job closer to my house, school, etc.

    Advice to Management

Benefits, compensation could be improved to reflect ever increasing work load. Year-end bonuses decrease while the bank continues to grow.

    Pros

Strong company values; and excellent team work. The company is invested in leadership development plans.
Good exposure to strategic projects. Work life balance is achievable in most positions. New CEO is making tuff but needed changes to make the bank more competitive.

    Cons

Changes being made affect positions and departments and many times not considering the performance of the individuals (for Director and below positions). Salaries are not up to market. Most Sr. Managers don't have opportunity to have staff under making promotion to following step quite hard. Leadership development plan is available at your own time. It is very hard to move positions outside your immediate department / division

    Advice to Management

Allow Sr. Managers to develop by having direct reports.

    Pros

Flexibility and advancement opportunities, annual bonus right before Christmas. ESOP bank matches 50% and most banking fees are waived

    Cons

Health benefits could be better. A lot of favoritism which makes it hard to advance. Increase core benefits and assist long-term staff with debt consolidation loans for staff that are going thru hardship. Seen too many staff take their personal financial stress to work.
