“Great Benefits, not enough $$$ for the work overload and stress!”
I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services full-time for more than a year
Pros – great co-workers, excellant benefits, especially PTO. good hours.
Cons – Sup plays favorites and micro manages. No training.
Advice to Senior Management – look at actual take home pay and what we do for it. Have mgmt actually train new hires, not just have them sit by a co-worker. Have mgmt take course on how to be a good leader.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
