    Best call center I've ever worked in. They make you feel welcome and at home but are still professional and expectations are high.

    Cons

    Not being able to take time off without having to have it approved ahead of time and if there aren't any hours available you can't take it off no matter what.

    I have been working at Sedgwick Claims Management Services

    Pros

    Great team and peers. Manager is very good knows there stuff. Leadership is very involved from our Directora to our VP to even her manager. Very down to earth and really friendly leaders. Great PTO and good benefits. Growing company lots of nice people. Having been there a few years and having worked at numerous organizations realistically my experience has been very good. You get out of it what you put into it and if your doing your job versus other things you will be recognized and rewarded.

    Cons

    Client is tough and the vendor we work with seems to enjoy making our jobs difficult. Some of the colleagues (few and far between) and a supervisor are negative, complain about everything and are just difficult to be around. Wish our managers would take care of it. Although the Senior leader is very approachable and very nice he travels quite a bit so it's nice to see him interact with us (we just did a video where he danced and played along, good sport).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the food work. Thank you for taking the time to include us and appreciate the fact that you work as hard as we do. When the top dogs are here they are visible. Finally, get rid of the employees and sup who is not getting the job done. Seems like your afraid to hold them accountable.

    You will meet some very nice people who are as overworked as you are.

    Cons

    Adjusters are loaded up with claims. If management dies not like you they will make your life miserable and run you off.

    Lower the caseloads. Your employees will either leave or have heart attacks

    Pros

    Relatively Interesting and low- stress call center work at home environment. Very helpful tech department and few problems that were not quickly resolved. Great supervisor and overall management communication.

    Cons

    Must work full-time but there is enough pto to allow for some flexibility if needed.

    HR would be much more effective if communication with employees and their direct supervisor were more clear.
