    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Traveling opportunities are good, small teams

    Cons

Big corporations tend to have a lot of politics involved.
Communications between departments, and even sometime within a department is non existent at times.
Most entry level positions tend to be a support position as well.
On call after hours at least once a month, so sometimes you end up staying up until 3 am and have to be in at work the next day at 8, which doesn't make for a very productive day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communication and documentation needs improvement among everyone.
