    Great place to work in San Diego

    ProsSempra has great pay...not too much overtime and the people are motivating yet young and fun to hang out with.

    ConsTakes time to advance...promoting is definitely possible but it won't happen very fast so you have to put in time

    A good company to work for

    ProsSempra treats employee really well, and is willing to spend the resources to mentor and training employee to advance in their careers. There're plenty of interesting and challenging projects that can attract people like to work on cutting edge technology. There're also lots of opportunities to move within company.

    ConsOnce you reached senior level technical position, advancement opportunities is quite limited unless you move to management

    Great Place to Work

    ProsI work at the Parent Company in San Diego. Virtually everyone I work with is competent and professional. The compensation and benefits are good and my work is satisfying.

    ConsThe recent reorganization was tough on some people as some good people lost their jobs. The Company didn't award pay increases in 2010.
