“Great and lovable people, disconnect between management and engineering”
Former Employee – worked at Sentilla
Pros – The company offers a good environment to work in, with brilliant and fun people. The company offers nice perks and upper management is experienced. There are possibilities for advancement or salary increases although this is kept to too few employees.
Cons – Management is disconnected from its engineering base, with lines of communication improperly kept open. The company is located outside of San Francisco.
Advice to Senior Management – Value your engineering team. Keep the communication lines open.
