    Cons

Maintaining a positive work/life balance is important to prevent overload and burnout

    Pros

Great Pay, profit sharing, advancement opportunities, major holidays off, discounts at some surrounding stores/retails

    Cons

Stressful work environment, high level of pressure put on management team from higher ups and most importantly - no family life (60+ hours a week)

    Advice to Management

Being a production driven industry, high stress level is expected, but working people like robots and expecting the same results after the labor they adhere to for 12+ hours is inhuman.

There were some ongoing communication issues and recurring management problems with upper management. The flow of information downwards was not always the best.
