    Young environment, freedom, pay, meet a lot of people

    Cons

    Managers and training. After you complete training, it's completely different because the team you're assign to will train you.

    Pros

    I get along well with coworkers and it's in a convenient location. It can be challenging at times, but for the most part it's a pretty laid back environment. The client you end up with really determines the quality of your job.

    Cons

    Stressful work, underpaid, not a lot of room for improvement, not as many incentives.

    Pros

    Provides a sneak peak into the world of hi-tech.
    Fun, young atmosphere.

    Cons

    The data systems, a huge component of the business, are really messed up and the company keeps changing the direction to straighten things out. Can't seem to solve the problems.

    Choose a path and stick to it.

    Pros

    learn what it means to carry a quota
    be part of team striving to hit a goal
    understand how incentives are set, employees goaled and rewarded

    Cons

    challenging market - shift to SaaS hurts their model
    hard to adjust in the spotlight of the public markets
    operations lack leading edge technology

    Advice to Management

    invest in operations. set core competencies and if you dont meet them you got to move on.

    Pros

    -Good to get experience if you don't have a degree or lack experience
    -Good benefits if you are hired on
    -A "young" personality in the office
    -Casual wear

    Cons

    -Not a great place to stay if you have a degree
    -Lack of support to grow your resume/skills after a certain point
    -The "young" personality can get old; All motivation/company rewards are often alcohol-oriented
    -I don't feel the company is invested in its employees

    Advice to Management

    Give more opportunity to gain experiences. "Own your career" is often preached but there have been several instances where an internal career shift was literally taken away/prevented - at the expense of the employee. I don't feel like the company ever advocates for the benefit of its own employees.

    okay Benefits, culture, office location

    limited personal growth. Moved operations to other states for cheaper pay.

    Pros

    Consistent work flow. EOQ busy, but for the most part not very stressful. Hands off management for the most part. Very casual environment. Wear nearly whatever you want to work.

    Cons

    Poor pay. Difficult to be promoted. Some sales teams much more challenging than others. Monotonous type of work.

    Advice to Management

    Create more involvement and sales coaching. Less forecasting reports which were inaccurate anyhow.

    Pros

    Generally nice, competent people. Core business model is strong. Comp is good. Location is good.

    Cons

    Slow decision-making, most done at top level rather than pushed down. Many areas with poor process and lack of willingness to change. Most of existing executive management team has fully swapped out in the past year.

    Advice to Management

    Push down decision making. Set a strategy and stick with it--give it a chance to succeed.
