I have been working at Severn Trent Services full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood benefits and 401k. Nice equipment. Very safety minded. pay is ok but you will not break the bank

Conslittle to no management, no feedback on work quality, rules are wrote in pencil, extreme amount of turmoil, gossip and drama. be prepared when you turn in your notice to leave (Austin, TX office) to be regarded as worthless and a traitor.

Advice to Senior ManagementAustin, TX office---Quit and do the company a favor and get off the 3% raise BS and pay your people to stay instead of pocketing the bonus money that you tell the employees don't exsist

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Unprofessional and unorganized

ProsFriday breakfasts, pay is decent

ConsUnprofessional environment, unorganized structure, employees are overworked and spread too thin. Management is there to cover their own ass and are ready and willing to throw anyone under the bus at the drop of a hat. The Houston office is dilapidated, old-style management is apparent everywhere and new talent is not embraced - conform, get out, or get fired.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet it together. Embrace new talent and provide proper training for every employee.
