    Pros

Great 401k, and pension plan. In general good people throughout the company which makes for a family atmosphere. Lots of opportunity grow your career path on an upward path.

    Cons

Too much micro management. At the beginning of my career at Sherwin Williams. The management style was more entrepreneurial in nature. At the end of my time at Sherwin day to day business decisions where forced down from management.

    Pros

My employment at Sherwin Williams was a great experience. The company cares about its employees and the majority of the employees enjoy their job.

Sherwin invests in its people and pushes to promote from within.

    Cons

There should be more interaction between upper management and the store level.

    Advice to Management

Don't loose the strong value on employees that makes Sherwin a great company.
