    Pros

Pay was pretty good for a job right out of school. Bonus structure allowed for some significant opportunities. Professional growth opportunities are strong.

    Cons

15% growth year-over-year is not attainable in 95% of markets making the bonuses mentioned difficult. Many stores have very low number of employees. Even though acted as Manager, was still necessary to do everything from unload the truck to tinting paint to doing outside sales calls.

    Advice to Management

provide greater in store support through additional staff members. Also, allow third keys to be people with less than a year with the company.

    Pros

Great resume builder and great first job out of college. Gives great insight in the retail world.

    Cons

Stores under staffed and store bonus plans are obtainable every other year since they base it off of the previous year's number

    Pros

Liked working with the contractors and the store personal. Pay was decent for my area.

    Cons

Revolving District managers (I had five in the seven years I worked there) No real promotion from within the company. Likes to hire College graduates know nothing about paint or the paint industry and promote them to assistant manager.

    Advice to Management

Try not be so fake, Once you are done the program they aren't their to help you

    Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and friendly staff

    Cons

Not enough staff, management pressure from corporate, and a lot of lifting

    Advice to Management

Put more effort into teaching your employees how to do their job properly. A lot of these people have been with the company so long they forget they were new once, and it seems like they don't care about what happens with their staff. It could be a better environment if the store managers put time into training employees to do their jobs instead of acting like it's not part of the job description. The reps are lazy to me and choice favorites of who they want to give jobs too. You need jobs to earn a bonus but sometimes you don't even get that whole bonus because company raises budget on purpose.
