    Pros

I've had tons of exposure and opportunities to work with cutting edge technology. I learned way more through first hand experience than I could have learned through classes. As the company is based in Germany, I was also exposed to a lot of German culture and made many friends in the company that had moved from Germany.

    Cons

The hiring process was a bit confusing at times with a few delays here and there. Not a huge deal though.

    Advice to Management

Streamline the hiring process a bit more.

    Pros

Great pay for an intern, Relaxed atmosphere, non-obtrusive management, relaxed dress code, good people.

    Cons

Training left something to be desired; you are left having to learn on the job. It can take a while to get really started here. There are times when "input" is more readily availible than "Answers".

    Advice to Management

I wouldn't change much. Fewer meetings, I guess. In fact, I think the one major issue is that Siemens puts too much on their managers.

    Pros

It is a company that wants you to ask questions, look for problems, make suggestions for improvement and best of all, they reward you for it!

    Cons

Siemens is a very large company so a lot of the processes take longer than many companies. But Siemens being so large is also a great Pro.
