    I have been working at Siemens full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    I joined Siemens few days ago but I can tell you with past 24 plus years of working only in companies across the globe that, this is the company from where I am going to retire. They have the best technology at work does not matter in which division you work they have best technology at work.
    People are very friendly and share knowledge with each other… the Team work in real sense.
    Management are very friendly and open for ideas all the time. I just love working for the Siemens.

    Cons

    Getting familiar to the Hi Tech working environment.Just Kidding ...I am pro technology.

    This was the second contract for me. And the second contract I was treated very well.

    At the height of the project there was pressure but that decreased quickly.

    As an intern, you have a wide range of projects and experiences. You get to work with a variety of teams/engineers who all know their stuff.

    Pros

    The company has many experts and smart talents. This is invaluable for new employees who need to further grow. The work environment is friendly. The pressure in the company is not huge so the life is quite balanced.

    Cons

    The city is a little bit of lonely and will relatively smaller population than the big cities. Those who stayed long time in big cities may not like it. Travelling to other places is not so convenient.
