    Amazing company to work for, great pay for interns and definitely an environment that focused on expanding our knowledge of engineering.

    Pros

    Very hands on internship with real responsibilities and deadlines. It very much gives you a sense of what it is like to work for a large MNC. Coworkers are friendly and inclusive so its easy to meet people.

    Cons

    takes a while to get a laptop and get on the system for new hires. that's my only complaint.

    If you want a company that is interested in your personal development, this is the best place to be......The pay does not commensurate the job role but the benefits is far worth it.......

    The pay is not encouraging and no room for people with short term ambitions.......Also as the company is growing employee pay review is not increasing

    Great team - my boss and mentor helped me throughout my internship and have maintained communication with me.

    Would love return to work there, but there isn't a lot of availability. The retention program could be stronger.

    Very hard daily commute (From Philadelphia).
    Too many protocols to go through before a decision is made (expected).
    Get used to hearing a lot of German from your cube.

    - Market leading technology, especially in hardware

    - The workplace is process driven, with bureaucratic HR
    - Interns were given limited technical resources.
