Pros – one has to be work on all field related field.
100% support from technical senior's on troubleshoting with proper guidance.
Cons – Management is very week as well not practical still practising old set of rules and nt giving chances oppurtunity to young once to prove there candidature.
Advice to Senior Management – Please try to change management.nt from high but from low.

Pros – good work culture, good people to work with, no work pressure, healthy work environment.
Cons – decison making is time consuming, implementation happens on wrong time. delivery is weak, lack of cordination between teams. salaries are very less, appraisals are not in time.

Pros – Great place to begin after college.
Can learn lots of stuff.
Serves as a stronghold for other jobs
Cons – Bad compensation, poor benefits, you get treated like school children, you might face worse managers/TLs
Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to compensate and retain experienced employees. Concentrate more on entry and mid-level employees.
