Pros – Nice working environment, working with best category employees, Better salary range
Cons – Problem for foreign staff: Basically Singtel set a agent or man power company to mange their visa and everything, even salary also paid by the agent or man power company. so most of the cases agent don't bear employment visa cost, ask for higher tax, longer period no salary increment, no bonus, work 48hours weekly max. almost no overtime..... more the agent will look at their profit, less the employee will get benefited its all about Singtel Malaysia. Please Readers, do not blame Singtel Singapore, Bangladesh, Indonesia. they are very nice to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Management must discuss with Agent more details. otherwise they can handle foreign employee by their own like many others company in Malaysia, so employee will get higher benefit.
