Pros – Good money and benefits. Excellent incentives for people who want to growth their career and continue to stay current with technology and education

Cons – Management let go too many good people, when they let the investment firms "move in" and direct the bottom line.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay better attention to what the people are doing in your organization, to not let go of the wrong ones.

Pros – I love the flexibility in the schedule, the friendly work environment and the ability for growth with in the work place.

Cons – Wish they would increase more of the Lead Coordinators to full time positions.

Cons – Feels like a lot of small little companies, since each region run's independently, sometimes don't feel like the part of the big company.

Pros – My salary is very competitive. The benefits here are the best I've ever had. My boss is very talented in the industry and excellent at managing people. This company has a lot of fun events to make it an enjoyable place to work. We have events that include the Pancake Man, Joe on the Go (coffee & smoothies), dunk tank to dunk executive management, fun monthly birthday celebrations, professional massages, ice cream socials, fun contests like bubble-gum blowing, basketball shooting, and more. Management here truely cares about you. As large of a company as this is, they get to know you by name and say "hello" to you when you see them in the hall. You can't walk down the hallway without getting a smile and a "hello" from someone. People enjoy working here because management treat you like family. My co-workers are very talented and knowledgeable in the industry. Sirius hires the right kind of people, not just to get the job done, but who foster toward the positive working environment that's already in place. "Faith, family, then work." If you go too long without taking time off, they'll start reminding you to make sure you spend some time with your family because they know how important that is. They are also very strong believers in getting training for us...internal and external training. I can't imaging ever wanting to leave Sirius.

Cons – In my previous jobs, I've always felt like a super-star employee. But with the talent I work with at Sirius, I am certain I am not one of the superstars at this time. However, that offers me a lot of opportunities to learn from my co-workers. The people here are so willing to help you when you need it, so I have learned a lot over the last few years.

Advice to Senior Management – Thank you for making this such an enjoyable place to work. It not only makes me happy, but in turn makes my family happy. Thank you for caring.

Pros – Very exciting company with lots of growth opportunity. They are very good about promoting based upon people's contributions instead of just based upon longevity.

Cons – The company has people all over the country. They need to do a better job of making everyone feel a part of the company. I know they try and do this, but it could be improved.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to give feedback to the employees on how we are doing. Continue to focus on your Core Values as that is what gives Sirius a great culture.
