Current Employee – been working at Sling Media

Pros – Sling is currently home to some of the best people I've encountered in my professional carreer and I've enjoyed every minute of my time working with them. The evironment is great. The culture of the company, though it's changing since the aquisition, is still very much like that of startup. The company also has a great reputation as leader in the industry.

Cons – Since the aquisition there have been several changes in regards to benefits and travel accomodations and none of them were for the better. It's still an awesome place to work, but continues to change.

Advice to Senior Management – Senior Management is doing a great job, under the circumstances.

Pros – One of the main reasons is the open culture to technology ideas and its transfusion across teams,
along with excellent people and products to work on

Cons – Has some start up look and feel, so for those who expect a big company with lots of processes, it may not be there.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to focus and innovate in products.
