    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsGreat people, products and reputation.

ConsHighly political environment that can inhibit good decision making

Advice to Senior ManagementAs a public company the focus is always on quarterly results. Would be beneficial to occasionally spend time on longer term strategies.

Great company with Management that cares about the people

    Supervisor (Current Employee) Kenosha, WI

ProsGreat culture. They care about their associates. VERY long term employment opportunities. Qaulity management from the Top to the Bottom.

ConsTough work/life balance at times. Long term employees make it hard to advance to higher levels.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep pushing forward. People should be proud that they work for a great company with high quality products.

Good solid company. They treat you well

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThings get really pretty good around here about 8 years ago when the board kicked out the good old boys and put in some people and processes that really made the company successful. The environment is nice, although the people are not ones I would hang out with, but that is because they are not my type, not because they are bad. They are very good with flex time and they don't make you think that you are doing a bad job if you need to stay home to tend a sick kid. Benefits are pretty good and pay is good too.

ConsNot a lot of room for advancement. Most people who work here tend to stick around a long time.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay for employee education. Even if it is not in the employees area of work, it can make them feel better about themselves and can also make that person more valuable even if they education does not directly impact.

Senior management only cares about their bonuses... at any cost to employees

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsYour co-workers, benefits, and the facility itself. The people who work "in the trenches" really care about their work, customers, Franchisees (Dealers) and each-other. The technology group is always improving systems so it makes it easier to keep up with workload.

ConsSenior management will do anything to cut expenses to get themselves bonuses. They are bleeding the company and ruining morale. Employees want to collaborate more with others but management only gives lip service to collaboration because it takes away from employee's ability to take on more work as they continue to downsize staff. Management doesn't trust/respect employees enough to work from home and flex schedules more.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop laying off employees, ruining their lives and then giving yourself high salaries and bonuses.

    Good Place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Kenosha, WI

ProsSince the current management has taken over, all facilities have been upgraded tremendously with emphasis on safety and convenience. Management gives quarterly reviews to all employees and insight into the business. Benefits are good including a good 401k with match, ESP, and health plans.

ConsNot much room for advancement or emphasis on giving employees a chance to move to other divisions or departments.

Advice to Senior ManagementStart more collaboration between the divisions including the movement of employees between the divisions.

They have done everything possible to limit my income when I became a top sales person in the field.

Independent Sale Representative (Current Employee) Poway, CA

ProsYou set your own working hours. Mine are 5:30 AM to 8:00 pm

ConsRaise my objective 185% because I was told I was paid to much last year.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't have finance be in charge of your sales force. Don't have someone who is a short timer running a division only to make numbers off the back of their sales team. When they are gone your sales team that is left will be worthless.
