Huge Potential, But It's Hard to Be Noticed and Promoted

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Charlotte, NC

ProsNice People, Relatively Safe Job, Interesting Changes as we continuously Grow.

ConsThere seems to be a ceiling for most employees - multiple attempts for raises and promotions result in different excuses and promises. It is pretty safe to work here, which is nice, but those looking for career growth might be better suited starting somewhere else, initially at least.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your employees just a little better even and you will see the difference, there are still many die-hard supporters of this company here, just work on paying us up to market average or better and you will see huge improvements.
