Pros – Good colleages, nice to work with people, some friendly staff good training enjoyable enviornment great hours

Cons – I liked every aspect of this job my boss was great and it was a good job

Pros – Sobeys is a friendly place to work, with good managers and great training.

Cons – Hard to get 32 hr and often less, health benefits are based on hrs and advancement opportunities are limited.

Advice to Senior Management – you turn over many many people after great training because of min hrs.

Cons – I cant say that there a cons at this point, my experience has been a very good one. Senior management is very receptive to views of direct reports.

Pros – Good company to work for, nice people all around, compatible benefit package and pension plan, have chance to take professional training.

Cons – Not easy to get promoted. Head office is in a small town. Promotions are a little haphazard (in job experience and work ethic not always a guarantee over less experienced and less qualified people)

Advice to Senior Management – Most stores have very competent leadership and managers that genuinely care about their employees, but in some cases the management has a tendency to focus more on the job than the employee.
