    Good Company, take care of their employee. You will see lots of people work for 30 years + over there, that gives you a job security.

    Pros

    Great company to work at. So many amazing people to work with. The company values promote great environment. There are numerous career opportunities for motivated individuals. Solar Turbines allows you to hold various positions in the company and be able to enjoy your work. Great training opportunities, but you have to proactive about those.

    Cons

    I agree with another reviewer - some of the computer software is a bit outdated, making certain job functions more difficult to do than they need to be.

    You have to study through the company site, to work hard no use.

    If I had to complain it would be about the cafeteria, Little Italy is right outside though.

    Great culture, great people & a great product. There are opportunities for growth & you are provided the tools you need to succeed.

    Cons

    I genuinely don't have any real cons. Every company has their good & their bad, but my experience with Solar has been nothing but positive. They have allowed me to move & grow in multiple areas of the business & have given me every opportunity to improve myself.
