    Pros

    - The ability to make six figures in the first year is very realistic
    - Lunch every Friday from top end restaurants, breakfast from places like chic filet or torchs is that uncommon, stacked fridge and snacks
    - Awards given to top producers quarterly
    - Awesome products

    Continue to spend time with new employees to assure they've been trained right for there role. It's a very hard job so the right manager makes all the difference

    Pros

    I worked here for 4 yrs and quite enjoyed my time there. The work culture there is great and it is generally a very relaxed work enviroment. We worked very hard and were quite busy most of the time but the people there were great. There was good benefits from the job too. We got free lunch every wednesday and hot food the last 3 days of each month. There were also free snacks and cereal each day a fully stocked soda fridge and also a leisure room with a ping pong table.

    Cons

    We were frequently understaffed and the training we were received when joining was not great. It is getting better now though

    Pros

    Good place for people who are self-directed
    Lots of colleagues who are both smart and bright
    Plenty of opportunities to learn new things
    Fair compensation
    Challenging work
    Once you've proven yourself, management does listen to employees here
    Exceptional at explaining the vision and the model so that employees understand what they need to do to support the business
    Only example I have ever seen of successful offshoring, with great international colleagues

    Cons

    Not a good fit for people who like a lot of structure or need a lot of guidance on how to do their jobs
    If you're not working out, they will quickly let you go (BTW to me this is a good thing--this company doesn't carry deadbeats on its back or payroll)
    Some normal growing pains given its size and industry
    In US, less than standard holidays and poor PTO policies
    Draconian legal department interferes with business in ridiculous ways
    Sometimes penny wise and pound foolish on spending money for business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As we grow it's going to be difficult to keep the magic that makes us good. I hope you are focusing on that and also on the "penny wise and pound foolish" thing. That approach doesn't scale at some point, and to me, we are at that point.

    Fast growth, ability to shape the company (current results and future), global teams, smart team members, promote from within

    You need to draw boundaries yourself (work/life) - there is so much opportunity, you could work 24 hours a day and not grab it all

    Pros

    fast-paced, successful company. good pay/bonus amounts, 401k matching, free lunches & snacks, beautiful building. fun, smart co-workers.

    Cons

    most of the stuff you see at a growing software company: it can be chaotic, departments aren't always coordinated, it's kind of sink or swim sometimes.

    keep trying to find the perfect blend of process, speed, and flexibility. make executive management accountable for the management decisions of the line managers - get feedback from employees and get rid of bad managers.

    Average salary hike. Run the life in peaceful manner

    Hectic work
