    Pros

    The general manager is willing to work around things such as children, doctors appointments, school,etc.

    Cons

    The general manager is more of your friend than an actual manager. She is constantly late and then expects you to be on time as well as constantly going outside to smoke in her car along with othe employees, leaving early and never ordering enough supplies. The owner and corporate never seemto try and get things fixed (slush machines, ice machines, knives, fryers, etc.) and expect you to be super fast at everything, like have an order done in 2:30 minutes when certain menu items take at least 4:30 minutes to cook. On mystery shops, if you are even 30 seconds over the time, you get suspended. And the general manger will make sure that her shift is stacked with plenty of workers, but the other shifts are given far fewer workers causing an extreme slowdown of the entire process. Also, when you are scheduled, you get your schedule at the very last minute and are never scheduled a time to get off of work. There is also no follow through with the discipline of employees that have multiple write-ups.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Actually be a manager not a friend. Stop skipping out on your shifts and be there on time, etc. to set the example of what you want from your employees.

    the people you sometimes meet that make your hard efforts worth it.

    Cons

    aside from rude customers the management is TERRIBLE and lack kindness towards employees. money was some how always an issue with servers, managers, and on occasion drive thru. something really sketchy about this place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    take better care of your crew. I myself have a new born and received little to no hours and when I did work i was given very degrading work. examples : cleaning the bottom of all trash cans, cleaning grease traps that would ruin appearance etc.

    Pros

    I can't describe any because the hiring process was atrocious.

    Cons

    During the hiring process, I got glowing remarks on my work ethic and attitude, and was offered a job in this store. I was continually contacting them to set up training and kept calling week after week, but I kept getting the same response: "We'll get back to you sometime this week," and I never heard back. After 3 weeks I just gave up. Friends that worked here said that management is very poor and half of their staff quit within their first month of opening.

    Keep track of your employees, be mindful of their schedules, and be respectful of their interests. Don't let valuable, hard-working employees or candidates fall through the cracks.

    Pros

    I love a handful of the people I work with. Tips can be really great during the summer, and with regular customers. Hours during the summer are perfect if you want to work 7 days a week.

    Cons

    Almost no one here has any common sense. They obviously don't believe in lunch brakes, I worked a 13 hour shift with only seven minutes to eat half an hour before I got off. Getting promotions and raises are impossible. If you have a second job it's more than likely they're going to threaten you and make you choose one or the other. It's just like high school with the amount of drama and hookups going on. And management is a joke. And once I hit my head and I had to sit in the back for half an hour, throw up and pass out before they even asked me if I 'wanted to go to the hospital' because they didn't want to fill out the paper work.

    Give people that actually deserve raises a raise. Stop bullying all of your employees, and hire a new general manager. If the owners opened their eyes and saw what was actually going on that would be great.

    The only thing I miss were the tips that I got.

    Cons

    Rude customers, drug addicted managers, bullies, and district and general managers who would not help me with a bullying issue from a manager even when the other managers were going to them about it. I even emailed the DM and GM at one point with a screenshot of a harrassing text I receieved as a minor from a manager who was in their 40's.

    There are absolutely no words of advice I can give because I tried everything to convince them to listen.

    There aren't any pros for this company. I guess the only pro would be that they closed in my area. Thank you for that!

    Cons

    horrible management, manager stealing money while working, bringing in rude employees from other locations. Took over a month to set up direct deposit so I just told my manager that I would rather receive my check physically and he still put it through direct deposit supposedly, I never received it which I'm sure was because I quit. Company plays games! Hard to reach anyone to resolve that matter. Stay away. They have no issue dropping food and then giving it to customers, using rotten I mean ROTTEN bananas in milkshakes ugh. This company is the worst. Probably why they closed in my area. Proceed with caution!
