    Trickle-down dissatisfaction

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Pros- In-office culture is pretty good.
    - Company is very flexible with time-off needs, as long as it's not abused.
    - Gifts on your anniversary with the company.

Cons- Dwindling employee base; people aren't being replaced after they leave
    - Two offices have very dissimilar cultures and are not in good communication.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere is a striking communication barrier between the executives and the employees. Increased visits to the Utah office would be beneficial in removing that barrier. It's detrimental to morale.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
