    Pros

    Flight benefits as long as the flights aren't oversold, which they usually are

    Cons

    Rude and distatesful unsatisfied passengers who will curse and yell in your face

    Advice to Management

    Treat your customers and employees like they mean something for a change

    Able to see what goes on behind the scenes at an airline.

    High turnover

    Pros

    Flight benefits if you can get on a flight that is not full

    Cons

    Getting written up for everything so that your supervisors look good to upper management

    Advice to Management

    Promote supervisors with experience and not so much for cut troats looking for advancement

    Pros

    Nothing, if your looking at working with Spirit, turn and run away fast!

    Cons

    Worked at the "corporate" office for over a year and thought it would get better but each day provides unbelievable incompetence of management. I'm still working here but have started looking to get out of this place. An upgrade of the facility will mean nothing given the same managers. It's a shame since I really wanted to stay but they don't rate dead last in the world for a commercial airline for nothing. Employees are actually treated much worst them their customers!

    The management of the entire company is so bad I don't no where to start

    Pros

    there are no pros working with spirit, they take take take take and never give. The moment you reach max pay, they find a reason to fire you.

    Cons

    you will spend your life getting yelled at by customers and degraded by supervisors. Its a horrible company that does not care about customers or employees

    Advice to Management

    Get a gun and shoot yourselves in the head.

    Pros

    The only pro to working at Spirit Airlines was the free flights.

    Pros

    It's a job for a large airline that is located in south florida

    Cons

    Arrogant and smug management from the top to the middle. They constantly move people around and bully them into making moves they don't want and then try to get them to quit.

    Advice to Management

    Stop haing Jet Blue envy. You nickle and dime your passengers and you refuse to admit it. Your middle managers are overweight and loud obnoxious bastards.

    Pros

    An Airline trying to compete with some of the major airlines.

    Cons

    The airline operates very un-professionally....The culture proves that there is no loyalty to their employees. I was employed for over 1 year as a supervisor with 7 other supervisors, and after 1 year I was the last supervisor employed. I even had other employees from other airlines asking me why the turnover rate was so high, and I had no answer.

    Advice to Management

    Stop Laying off quality employees... You can not start a career with a company that does not value their employees...
