    Pros

Great compensation and benefits for an entry level employee.
If you perform well there will be opportunities to be promoted, especially if you are able to relocate.

    Cons

Working in retail location full time the scheduling can be potentially disruptive to your lifestyle. Expect to work a rotating schedule including weekends. The management is pretty good about giving you time off (even paid time off) when requested.

    Advice to Management

Try to attract more help with previous wireless experience.

    Pros

Pay: You are the deciding factor in what goes in your wallet. in 2014 I took personal leave for 3 months (college was drowning me), came back and worked 3 months part time, following 6 months I worked Full time; My income for 2014 was $58,XXX.XX. I was on track to make close to $90,000.00 with a job that required nothing but good effort and the ability to sell. Please understand I was beyond a top performer, I also received a large "equity raise" when i communicated to my District manger that I was looking to move to a different company. (17.86 an hour+ commission)

    Cons

I have always said and thought that this was the easiest job I have ever had for what I was receiving in return. Most managers that I have worked with are fantastic with operations and terrible at sales. If you are new to sales like I was, you better hope you have a fantastic and helpful team to educate you on sales tactics.

    Advice to Management

Anyone with intelligence can do operations, practice your sales and implement a training guide to help your employees deepen theirs and your pockets.

    Advice to Management

Leaders in mid management must need better support from their managers. Sometimes the employee feedback that is so readily sought sometimes doesn't reach the intended areas that can make a difference.
