I have been working at Sprint

    Pros

Collaborative and supportive culture. Good pay and benefits including major medical, dental, vision, stock purchase and onsite gym access. Company supports good work-life balance.

    Cons

Advancement to executive level is limited without executive sponsorship. Company has 401k match but could be a higher % match. Multiple layoffs have recently impacted morale in some areas of the company.

I have been working at Sprint full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Potential to make a lot of money in commission, you meet some of the best people, work never gets boring, and free cell phone bill

    Cons

Network issues make it hard to stay positive, upper management is very impersonal and the stores need to be remodeled( some stores look the same as they did in 1998)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend time fixing issues stores report rather than patch them, remodel stores to look more modern, invest in the network before trying to roll out a new type of technology(make the data experience consistent and comparable to competitors before launching switch offers)
