“Absolutely the most political environment I have ever encountered”
Former Employee – worked at St. Mary's Medical Center of Evansville
Pros – There were only a hand full of managers and directors that were genuine in their approach to their work and their working relationships with others. Most was CYA....and stab someone else in the back.
Cons – If you don't have eyes in the back of your head, you are dead. Under qualified people in elevated positions reached by "politically" doing and saying the right thing.....not based on performance.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

“My experience was bad due to bad management.”
Former Employee – worked at St. Mary's Medical Center of Evansville
Pros – It was a paycheck, not a big one but a paycheck.
Cons – If you ended up with the boss I had then you would be unfairly treated and not properly trained.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the patients and the employees about the management in departments.
