I worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

People were great to work with, the welfare was extensive. It definitely has more work life balance compared to many of the other banks I've worked at.

    Cons

Wouldn't really consider it as a first tier bank. Compared to other banks that I've worked at, the pace here is quite slow. I remember the turnaround times for things to get done was quite long- eg: took the IT department 1 month to set up my full access to the systems- can you believe how much time was wasted?

I worked at Standard Chartered Bank as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Easy life and easy work. It's unlike the other Internet company. The amount of work per week is relatively less.

    Cons

I leave far from the company, so it will cost much time to get to work. Also, many tech used in here is out-dated. It's actually not a good choice for learning.
