    EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT

    ProsI was an Assistant Facility Manager: Pros....
    Flexible schedule
    Working in and outside of office
    Loved daily interaction with employees and the public

    ConsDaily irate customers
    Doesn't show appreciation for employees

    Now for Management:
    Racism
    Sexist
    Extreme favoritism
    Upper Management mocks employees and tells all
    Leadership / Management favors seniority more than quality of work.
    Outdated equipment
    No set standards; simply wings it as they go along
    No consistence
    Unprofessional and waste time/money
    I was not allowed to appreciate my employees

    Advice to Senior ManagementNo need to give advice, for it will only be belittled behind closed doors.

    Mergers do this to companies

    ProsIt's a job, but not much else. A 9 to 5 with very little room for creativity or growth.

    ConsThe parking business is a low paying business for all field employees, but even in the offices where management resides, it's a cut throat environment with back stabbing being the norm.

    The offices are plain colored with no liberties to even post a personal photo. It's a senseless army of drones at the top, with no respect for those under.

    I'm glad I'm out of that nut house.

    Consmanager & asst. manager are very uncaring, only concerned about bonus checks for there pockets, no room for advancement

    Horrible Job

    Proswe got free parking.... barely. If you do not work at that location you don't get free parking. They will watch you like a hawk and ask why you didn't pay for parking and fire anyone that got you free parking... EVEN THOUGH YOU WORK FOR THE COMPANY!

    Conshorrible management, disrespectful managers, and ready to blame. They care more about yelling at you then teaching you. Don't work here

    Advice to Senior ManagementWorked here for 8 months... management was horrible! Disrespectful, forgetful, ready to blame, and never taught me anything. They assume you to know everything within in the first 2 weeks without ever teaching you how to do anything. example: go hand out flyers within this area and create a pivot table to determine the growth from the beginning of the project to the end. How would you like me to do that? figure it out....

    Everyone around me knew that my manager sucked and didn't train me properly. She yelled at me and asked why I didn't know how to talk to customers on the phone. Maybe if she taught me the "Standard Parking" way I would of known but she rather yell then do that... Thanks for nothing!

    Horrible working conditions, very disrespectful

    Constotally unorganized, no bathroom breaks without being yelled at., shifts changed without you knowing about it, spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. when you talk to the so called Manager she acts like she knows nothing about what it going on there, when she is the one causing all the drama

    Not a good place to work

    ProsDecent wage per hour...co workers are wonderful people

    Cons"Memo board management"...does not handle issues or complaints from employees. Spoken to over the radio in unprofessional manner. Few or no bathroom breaks without getting behind in schedule. Gates always broken, always taking alternate routes, you are not appreciated at all. Drive to office to clock in, then drive to bus lot in your vehicle, then again at lunch break, then drive back to office to clock out...company needs to transport employees. Constant complaints from passengers...what a horrible place to work

    ProsIt's a minimum wage job. Lucky to make$9 after 10years
    Rarely hire from within (usually someone with a degree, and no common sense or knowledge of how things actually work in the real world.)

    Manager blames you for not telling him if he forgot to send someone to fix the most vital machine.
    Got in trouble for reading a school book
    Not allowed to leave the booth.
    Central was ok until Standard took over, and fired all the old managers that actually worked.

    Not allowed to do anything other than sit, stand, or cleaning the booth which takes about 5 minutes

    Advice to Senior ManagementHave some human decency. Maybe a brain too!!!
    Have you ever got a customer complaint about me doing homework or reading. No because I put it away and focus on the customer until they leave.
