I worked at Staples part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Can be chill if not busy
    Somewhat interesting
Good experience in upselling and consumer electronics
Definitely better than some other part-time jobs

    Cons

    Under-staffed, over-worked, and under-paid
    Pressured to sell add-ons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more people on the floor at a time. When your EasyTechs are all doing pack-out, they can't be making sales!
Also, the fact that you tell your EasyTechs that pack-out needs to be done within 10 minutes, when in reality it would take over an hour, makes it hard to take you seriously.
