    Pros

Great Health and vacation benefits. There's a gym on site and health coach. The training is amazing! You also receive training on updates through-out the year. A lot of recognition and awards. The management are very friendly.

    Cons

There's a lot of favoritism and nothing ever stay's confidential. Your either liked or not. For what you deal with the pay isn't that great. Expectations from management and job description don't align and need to be perfect at the role, if not you're written up. The grading of the calls is very inconsistent. All meetings are mandatory so If you are sick or taken voluntary time off for the day expect to show up and leave after. Lunches are scheduled for you and getting a morning shift if difficult to get.

    Pros

Seemed like a good company. They brought me in from another field, with transferable skills. They started me in the beginning of the Summer and the managers who were doing the training kept skipping out to close deals. They skipped 1/3 of the training and didn't even realize it. They Cut me after 60 days in the field as I was getting the hang of it. I don't feel they gave it enough of a chance. But it's their ball.

    Cons

Incomplete training. I started in June and the managers kept disappearing to close deals, which is understandable. But the skipped 1/3 of our training.

    Advice to Management

People there was nice. Management was helpful once I was in the field. First 3-4 weeks were wasted pointed in the wrong direction.

  3. not enough training

    Pros

Good hot rates but still high for the average employee will never find $49.00 always higher, vacation benefits good when you start,2 weeks first year 3 weeks second year.

    Cons

4 weeks vacation after 10 years, overworked and under pay. Yearly increases very low, managers state the company is not doing well. Fritz sends out quarterly earnings and it is the opposite. Higher Management gets bonuses, high salaries etc.

    Advice to Management

Think about your people who makes the money for the company and are close to the owners . The little increase you gave the supervisors last year was a good gesture but did not place us where we need to be in the salary range. Your supervisors works diligently to make the agents perform at their best, they can only do so much if the pay is not good. Starting salary for a phone agent $11.00 for the last 7-8 years. Figure it out. Think about your agents and supervisors this year 2014. Share the wealth and people will stay with the company. Send your team from CT to talk to the call center associates, supervisors and resort associates you will get the answer. Care more for your employees well being it is part of the culture and values which you are not delivering. Upper management in Orlando do not care.

    Pros

Great location, Pay is competitive to industry standard, real assignments that have a lasting impact on company. Great people to work with.

    Cons

No growth opportunities and no full time positions available. But this maybe because its in the timeshare industry.

Friendly and professional staff, great hotel/resort discounts, good amount of time off.

    Cons

Required forfeiture of legal rights, some employees are subcontractors, high deductible medical insurance, extremely high turnover rate, micromanaged at all levels, no advancement opportunities.

    Pros

Wonderful hotels and resorts and excellent training.

    Cons

They pay people only the median of the average between all companies. It doesn't matter if you have tons of experience they will only pay you the average. If you want the best, you pay for the best or the best will go somewhere else. Which I did.

    Advice to Management

Your company has so much promise. As far as the customers are concerned you are fantastic, but you have a long way to go when it comes to taking care of your employees.

    Pros

    - They try to care
    - They try really hard to get you to succeed

    Cons

    -Average if not low pay
-Many people who call are angry and take it all out on you
-They have so many rules they can't even keep them all straight
-They punish you for not knowing all the rules when they miss some themselves
    -NO room for advancement
    -a lot of favoritism

    Advice to Management

You say you hire people for their potential and talent, but you do not give them the opportunity to use that potential or talent, because you micromanage so hard. You also need to listen to the people who are on the phone every day, because they are more knowledgeable about what is going on with the customers than you are.
