Pros – As soon as you can, book your dream vacation. The hot rates are great! Don't plan on ever getting your reserve back if you are in sales, but I guess that's true for anywhere.

Cons – Management, commision structure, tours, bonus levels. Very much a love line situation. Just hard to make money there I guess.

Advice to Senior Management – Are you really making everybody still come in at 6:45? Please spend some money on marketing and have some sort of income qualifier comparable to the product you are selling. Sure we can sell it to them, but getting them to make their "timely payments" in another story.

Pros – Easy work. Good hours. Great co-workers. Alot of giveaways. Free pizza now and then. It can be fast paced and exciting.

Cons – The cha-ching you make is mostly from the commissions not the base level pay. Very little if any room for advancement. When its slow it can get boring. High pressure sales position.

Advice to Senior Management – Show us pictures of the place we are trying to sell. Let us talk to the people that work at the resort to get a feeling for what it is like to be there.
