I have been working at State Farm full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The company is great for its customers/clients... it really values them and works to provide a great protection value every day.

    Cons

Sometimes the culture can feel stodgy and lacking in innovation, and the technology point of view isn't so great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand the agency's perspective and operations better, and allow this understanding to better inform use of technology and methology.
