    Pros

Great opportunity. Research Leads are helping and care about you and you're project. Free coffee and snacks Laid back environment

    Cons

Sometimes, you run out of things to do. This is due to the fact that sometimes management overestimates the difficulty/time demand of your project.

    Advice to Management

Have the analysts consult with the interns more. Other than that, I don't really have any advice. Keep doing what you do.

    Pros

A great internship program and good overall experience Very laid back atmosphere Casual dress code Flexible work hours

    Cons

INEFFICIENT and wasteful as a company (In how they use their resources) Boring Few short term opportunities, only employees who stay for 20+ years are really rewarded

    Advice to Management

Start acting like a publicly traded company. Stop the waste and inefficiency.

    Cons

it can be repetetative. while managment is educated and motivated agents can be very difficult to deal with. many agent team members are clueless

    Pros

Friendly people, very nice place to work at. The agents there were all kind to me, and answered my questions whenever I had one about their job.

    Cons

Ended up doing menial tasks for most of the time, though this was more on my fault anyone else's. Could've taken initiative more to take on more and more difficult tasks.

    Advice to Management

Really work with interns more and try to challenge them. If they don't meet your expectations, then give them something easier, but most interns should have strong abilities to achieve more than what you originally thing.

    Pros

-Paid internship at the operations center, great experience -open networking with the employers -sat in on real training sessions for real employees

    Cons

-must be interested in insurance/ better to be a risk management/insurance major -no full time offer after internship -did not work directly with customers, just on a computer (unless you are interning for an agent)

    Pros

Great work environment and a lot of good friends. Pay was decent for no experience. They take care of you.

    Cons

Not much direction from the team. You are pretty much assigned a problem and they don't really mentor you through the process of writing production level code. A lot of the work doesn't actually see the light of day.

    Advice to Management

Make your intern's work have an impact.
