    Pros

Relatively small state government agency, but has excellent, experienced management; agency seeks to promote from within whenever possible; positive working environment; excellent state govt benefits.

    Cons

Essentially nothing negative to report, aside from perhaps the most common issue at any state agency...pay is not as good as the private sector...however this is at least partly offset by benefits and retirement that are superior to many private sector jobs.

    Advice to Management

If this is an anonymous site, as it purports to be, then I'm mystified by this segment; I would never presume to offer advice to the management, especially since in my view this organization is well run.
