Excellent training
Company has many places to work for
You can change your division, as much as you want

Cons – Progress in positions could be slow
Not a great place to start if you would like to have fast growing progress
Number of trainings per year is little

Advice to Senior Management – Please trust young engineers for high responsibility tasks. Increase number of trainings, make it more intensive. Trust performance and development more than your HR and budget. It worked for Exxon, Chevron and Schlumberger, it would definitely work for Statoil.
