Everyone knows management is busy, but when your employees aren't heard, your whole hotel will be unhappy. Instead of just shutting the door, despite always saying the door is open, maybe you should listen w/o judgement & without a 'no' answer before hearing the question or suggestions. Ask questions on how we could possbily make things easier or make things work more efficiently for employees. Encourage them instead of scaring them.Doesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
