I have been working at Sterling Bancorp full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are very welcoming and happy. HR works with you 100% and cares. Small bank so you get to meet and know a lot of staff including upper up.

    Cons

Unreal goals, management can sometimes be a little aggressive but nothing out of the ordinary. Lack of staff. hire the staff that is needed in the financial centers, we have to ask for help from other financial centers too often.

    Advice to Management

Hire the people that are needed.
