    Pros

There are no pros to working for this company. They don't take care of their front line employees. Employee turnover is through the roof!

    Cons

They don't take care of their front line employees. Sr Mgmt, middle mgmt, recruiting and HR are all back stabbing each other. There is too much favortism and not enough professionalism.. Training is a joke. Employees are set up to fail. It's no surprise that employee turnover is through the roof!

    Advice to Management

You should all be fired! Shut this place down and start over! It is too late to fix the damage already done. What an embarrassment!

    Pros

Teams were always willing to help each other out. Moving from contract to contract always helped to keep things new, and helped with meeting new co-workers.

    Cons

Management was lacking real structure. The work environment was very stressful at times, and practices that the company held were forever changing. Was glad to get out.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your employees. They're the ones keep the contracts going. Without the lower level employees. There would be no contract.

I have been working at Stream Global Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Not much good to say other then it is steady job depending how you define steady, close to home, not much driving

    Cons

Dress code is out of control, the promote a " professional environment but the environment does not match what they are promoting, people wear clothes and human resources won't do anything about correcting it, management are a bunch of bff's, if you are not in a good ole boy network, there is not much hope, no promotion oppunities what so ever, very little to apply for, rules keep changing and not for the better, sanitation is a disgrace, very few restrooms for so many people, and the employees are pigs themselves,

    Advice to Management

    Resign

    Pros

There were no pros to working for this company other than the fact you earn a paycheck. This company has employees that show a significant amount of favoritism.

    Cons

Where do I begin. Incompetant training. Management that tell you how to do a job that they have never done. Phone calls a recorded and monitored and the way the calls are graded is very inconsistent.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to do the job that you are trying to tell your team to do. Be consistant.

    Pros

Very fast pace, good hours if you work hard

    Cons

Sometimes they "mess" up on compensation of comission and it sucks cause they really dont want to pay you

    Advice to Management

Change the comp pay scheduel a little to where its not based on the client but how we preform

I have been working at Stream Global Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

decent pay, half-decent benefit package even though it's overpriced. Nice facility with adequate break areas.

    Cons

lousy, outdated training. Managers don't care that the training is inadequate and outdated, sets newbies up to fail. Employees are disposable. Trainers that talk down to the trainees. Ridiculous rules.

    Advice to Management

make sure the training is not outdated with incorrect information. take seriously those who "complain" about the training.

I worked at Stream Global Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun people. Easy to pretend to work while not doing much (which you're inclined to do after being treated like crap)

    Cons

They treat you like crap. They only care about numbers, not humans.

    Advice to Management

If they spent even just a little time trying to actually care about the human beings that worked for them, it would be a vast improvement. They treat people like dirt and then act surprised with their huge turnover rates. Here's a lesson, spend your money retaining employees instead of training new ones.
