    Afforded professional advancement which is based on metrics and performance. Stream holds employee retention as a key. Initial training programs, refresher, and formal advanced topic training is exemplary.

    Cons

    As Stream is a BPO, the environment is very fluid as Stream's customers needs change. Some individuals could be encouraged to recognize the team environment.

    Pros

    Fun work environment, good monthly bonuses, guaranteed 40 hours per week, decent benefits, there is even a restaurant on site.

    Cons

    Some stress if you can't deal with the occasional upset customer, little to no recognition, lots if favoritism (which is not new from any other job really)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would say, get involved more with the SP's even if it's just to make them feel like your equal to them.

    Pros

    Very responsive to schedule changes if you need it. They give 15 min breaks instead of the state required 10 min. Good medical, dental, and vision. Good management and upper management. Lots of room for growth. They have a liberal attendence attendence policy and you can miss 7 full days in six months before u get fired. I have worked at other call centers and this is a much better call center. Great floor support. I reccomend working here to anybody. All u have to do basically show up and u are golden. Also its nice to be able to move contracts if u get burned out. Also pays more then min wage.

    Cons

    Need to give yearly wages. Need to fire those with poor attendence, they give them too many chances. Also they need to hire better ppl as some are just gamers who don't show up for work and do a poor job, also need to shower.

    Give pay rasies and hire better ppl with more work ethic.

    Easy job. Just show up, answer the calls, follow the quality guidelines and troubleshoot issues over the phone. Easy as cake.

    Cons

    Monotonous. Every call a new idiot with a new idiotic problem. After a while, it starts to run together, and you feel like your soul is being sucked out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    NO advice to management. Keep doing a good job. Keep cutting pay, and keep demotivating your people. You're doing fine.

    - As the title suggests, the leadership is one of the best I have ever seen.
    - High orientation to data and continuous focus on improvement

    The location setting for the Mumbai office can be better but not complaining.
