I have been working at Subway part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Always felt comfortable with management and other employees. You can make a free meal after a few hours of work and free drinks.

    Cons

I honestly have to say that the only real cons that I have here are that there's no where for us to sit and customers can be annoying/feign ignorance.

I worked at Subway part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You are given a fair amount of responsibilities and decent wage. Always interesting culture of employees that makes for a fun working environment.

    Cons

Long hours on feet. As a closer of the store, it would get lonely and boring at night working by yourself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Subway part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours that work with schedule. We got to eat free while we were on the clock and then ate for $3 when we came in off the clock. The owner/manager is wonderful and I still keep in contact with her a year later. Made work fun and enjoyable.

    Cons

Could be some rude customers but they were outweighed by the other lovely customers who treated me like I was an actual person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promotions should be a goal in the company.

I have been working at Subway part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, usually 25-40 hours a week if you have open availability, easy work.

    Cons

Understaffing, lots of teenage coworkers who create an unnecessarily dramatic environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more hardworking people, not just some 16 year old who comes to slack off and leave the work to the rest of us.
