    It was alright

    ProsPretty easy job to work, small environment with not many co-workers to cause issues, people get promoted relatively quickly.

    ConsPay could be better, and more hours could be given, but if you're a college or 18 year old high school student living it home, then if isn't too bad.

    ProsThe customers were pretty decent. The food for the most part is fresh and healthy.

    ConsThe business consultants did not back management up when owner was doing shady practices. More worried about keeping their job, not holding owners accountable. Owners regularly bounced paychecks, and continually had to have utilities switched back on after not paying their bills.

    great job at first, but not for long term

    Pros-Eat free
    -Can meet really great people
    -Great manager pay with bonus
    -Teaches you great problem solving and time management skills

    Cons-Call outs there really is not a back up plan with this either you the manager works a double or you get someone to work there shift which mostly doesn't happen
    -The way labor works and units makes really no sense all employees rather they are great or horrible are considered the same
    -Upper management is only business and nothing else caring about there employees and managers does not exist

    Advice to Senior ManagementCare about employees more, allow us to have more staff for call out situations, and last re work the labor and how it counts employees.

    ProsFlexible scheduling and workload based on employer. Employers actually have a lot of power, which is good if they are. Can work up in leadership; reasonable customer mobility.

    ConsCan feel dirty, and franchisee control leaves a lot to the discretion of the employer, which means the relationships matter. Can make for a good work environment, but also a poor one.

    Franchise I worked at did not follow regulations that were set by Subway.

    ProsInternational brand name. Good, established methods to follow during work. Well-equipped kitchen. Customers came in because of good marketing.

    ConsLong hours. Manager and supervisor did not follow standard procedures. Coworkers are jerks

    I love working at subway but i feel i need to be getting paid better

    ProsBeing able to talk to all staff members and they understand and are willing eventually to do whats been asked

    ConsSome of the staff have bad attitudes towards each other and then the customers can see that

    Advice to Senior ManagementI feel subway needs to be getting paid right, i know my staff members are under the usual amount and they are all starting to complain about it.

    Prosalways something to do, never just standing wont get bored, friendly coworkers, customers can be fun also, and tips but low.

    Conssome workers are lazy, even managers, seems like they don't agree and a certain way to do things, needs better workers.
