    Pros

There's a new project to work on every three months, so things move at a fast pace. Good in a way because you don't tend to get bored working on the same thing. And there's always lots to learn. People in general are nice to work with and the company has reasonably flexible hours. You are allowed to work from home occasionally and there's no dress code. Situated in Reston just minutes away from Wiehle station and very close to the future metro stop. The company has a lot going for it.

    Cons

Pay is relatively less compared to the market and they don't have great benefits in terms on bonus and company shares.

    Advice to Management

Pay the employee what they deserve and promote based on merit and not the number of years spent in the company

    Pros

Great people, great tech, great business! Super collaborative environment. The company has everything going for it. The UI is beautiful, the tech is solid, the culture is supportive and incredibly smart. It feels like everything is going well. There are new challenges every quarter that keep the job exciting and invigorating.

    Cons

It's hard to think of any downside!

    Pros

Great pay - lots of investment in new products, both internally (CRM system) and in developing the different modules (new reports, new views, etc.) Lots of good energy and flexibility to work remotely.

    Cons

Often times designated resources (engineers) aren't available for high priority items - as a Support Account Manager, you may be asked to look at code of forms, etc. to help move things along.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in getting back end processes aligned so front-end managers are not left in the cold!

    Pros

There are a lot of smart people at SuccessFactors and the culture is well intended.

    Cons

The merging of SAP into SuccessFactors is not smooth and it's not great to be a cloud person in an on-prem world.

    Advice to Management

Less Churn - of accounts and leaders!

    Pros

SuccessFactors people. The clients we try to serve. The culture that is a start up feel where all difference is ok. The products are best of breed driven by passionate people and teams.

    Cons

SAP Army is taking over. You are not allowed to speak to mgmt other than "your first line VP who will then escalate". It is all about the numbers so they encourage everyone to lie to customers about delivery and roadmap. Lots of customer support issues. Highly political company. 180 degrees different than SuccessFactors. People will throw you under a bus in a heartbeat. Huge turnover in executive management. Last year we had 7 SuccessFactors execs leave/fired at the C level. On the SAP side not much better. A new President every 9 months, a new GM every 9 months, PUSH Hana is all they care about.

    Advice to Management

new blood for the longevity of SAP or it will continue to become a large has been of a company (Xerox, IBM, HP)
