    Product Development Manager

Product Manager (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsGreat Company to work for, understand the importance of work life balance. The technical and development teams are pretty solid. Teammates are willing to share their knowledge and help bring teammates up to speed. Allow work from home depending on your Manager, but most that I have worked for were more than flexible with my schedule.

ConsJust like most companies once you are internal, pay increases are consistent with industry standards. Therefore, you are force to think about opportunities outside of the Company to seek higher pay increases.

    Steady work

Project Manager (Current Employee) Richmond, VA

ProsVery flexible work environment with telecommuting an option. Good compensation package for this area.

ConsChange is too slow to occur. Outsourcing has become the answer and in doing so, quality has diminished.

Advice to Senior ManagementSolicit opinions from internal staff with external experience.

ProsCompany provides Web-based Training aides, Role-play and Classroom instruction, and On the Job Training are all provided within 30-days of hire. Good benefits package.

ConsSales quotas that are difficult to meet, must reach 95% of quota to attain a 50% incentive check anything less than a 95% attainment results in zero incentive/bonus payout.

Compliance Analyst (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsBanking has its challenges in this day and age. The people here do care and they do try very hard. When you work here expect to be challenged and push yourself to be better

ConsObama administration is very frustrating to deal with

Room for growth, but difficult environment

Corporate Manager (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsA broad range do opportunities exist, allowing you to grow and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business

ConsPolitical environment and challenges delivering or committing to a long term plan. Lots of knee jerk reactions by management that create a tense experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementEstablish a plan, and stick with it. Clarify roles across leadership and figure out how to deliver.

Not a bad place but managers can be very difficult to work with.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsTuition reimbursement, discount banking, decent health care, onsite doctor, productive mobility, and great work life balance.

ConsOut of touch managers. They don't know what all of their employees do. Some are close minded and closed ears and just out right dont listen. You have to pay for parking up to $145 a month. Years behind on technology. Stipping people of the tools needed to do your everyday job.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to follow the big banks act like one. Let all in on the new tools and technology.

High quality work with excellent work life balance.

Senior Counsel (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsWork is high quality and interesting. Management in the department is relatively hands off allowing the attorneys to develop their own practices and responsibilities. Clients are knowledgeable and reasonable to work with and appreciate the advice and support.

ConsThe bureaucracy can be challenging at times, especially when you need to coordinate with a number of different teams on a project. Communication from management could be better. Compensation and benefits have declined since the recession.

Advice to Senior ManagementView employees more as an investment rather than a cost.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
