I have been working at SunTrust part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great teller coordinators, tellers and customer service reps if you're placed in a good branch. You would have to work 1 Saturday a month in a different branch if yours was not open on Saturdays. That wasn't so bad! It was only for 3 hours and it gave me the opportunity to meet more nice, outgoing and interesting people like myself!

    Cons

Went through 2-3 Branch Managers in the 2+ years I was there. Each one was worse than the last.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't play favorites. Everyone deserves a fair shot at advancing within the company.

I have been working at SunTrust full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Internal re focus to better align people skills to target market. I like the direction this position is going.

    Cons

The internal systems seem to be a mis-mash of programs. Nothing seems to pull data together with ease. This isn't much different than other banks I've worked for but it would be nice for a financial institution to keep up with our client base with respect to systems.
