Turnover and theft will always be rampant when you pay your workers so little.

    Advice to Management

Get managers that have balls and will tell their employees when there doing bad instead of gossiping

    Pros

A steady paycheck other than that none

    Cons

low morale, a dying company, upper management does not say good morning or hello, lack of enthusiasm, the job description that was posted was a completely different job that I was hired to do. Underpaid for the amount of work that I did. More of a dictatorship work environment that a diplomacy where my opinion or thoughts or suggestions matter. No management support. A complete disappointment.

    Pros

    Bonus potential. Weekly pay.

    Cons

Upper mgmt. is not good to it's managers. Claim to have open door policy but don't. People at home office rose thru the ranks with those in the field.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your front line managers. Don't work them to death. Managers I have worked with have died because of the stress put on them.

    Pros

Location. You will be become very self suffcient and develop great qualities through the many process challenges.

    Cons

Everything. This place is Good for someone coming straight out of School. If you are an experienced it's not worth the energy they will work you to death and then move to another unaware indiviual. The problem is people here dont know they are being treated bad... it's really sad.

    Advice to Management

Once recruiters find out how talented your people are...watch out...you will only be able to get second rate people to work for you. Most of the reviews on this page are outdated before the merger. Good luck!

    Pros

    Fair Salary and Great Benefits

    Cons

Totally demeaning, abusive, bullying environment. New upper management had to be advised by the lowest management on how to operate the business. Three levels of management were missing, so the lowest management ran the entire show. When I was encouraged to report my abuse, I followed the "abuse reporting protocol " as listed on their website, and I was fired within three weeks. Security followed me in their official car until I was two miles away from the building.

    Advice to Management

Four letter words and screaming at employees should not be the norm. Employees should not be fired for reporting vicious abuse.

    Pros

People. At the same level or below, fellow employees are wonderful to work with and professional. Decent compensation and health benefits for the position

    Cons

Being a woman, the challenges double in every aspect. Passed up for promotion, paid less than my fellow male peers, treated like my opinion/knowledge doesn't matter. They also like to play favorites. I've seen store managers lose their job over a $5 payout while another manager commits a crime and still has a job. Most of management bases their decisions on "personal" perspectives and "favorites" than the actual credentials a person has for any open position.

    Advice to Management

There is no amount of advice that I could give that would improve how this company is handled.
