    One of the beat reason to work for Critelli Sunoco is because it give me the people skill I need to better myself .

    Cons

    Well the down side to my job is the weather it can get brutal outside at times.

    Always stay on top of your job so your employees will always respect your call

    Pros

    Co workers and management are easy to get along with. management will work with your schedule if you go to school.

    Cons

    sometimes you get those employees that don't want to work and some that don't want to show up. dealing with angry customers

    Advice to Management

    A little more money for the management and supervisors who have more responsibilities. employees should be able to use their vacation when they want/need it.

    To provide great customer service with also exhibiting great inter-communication skills

    Having incompetent co workers that are not able to do their job in a professional manner

    great people good pay good benefits family culture

    many employees have worked there over 30 years processes are very manual no growth is company

    time to bring in more college graduates and consultants to bring in new processes

    Extensive customer service - challenging at times, but for the service-oriented, work is fulfilling. Rewarding in experience & skills gained. Must be self-directed & responsible. Competencies are recognized with salary increases.

    Cons

    Though business has typical security measures, it's in a higher crime area. Night shifts can be tense.
