    Pros

    Co workers and management are easy to get along with. management will work with your schedule if you go to school.

    Cons

    sometimes you get those employees that don't want to work and some that don't want to show up. dealing with angry customers

    Advice to Management

    A little more money for the management and supervisors who have more responsibilities. employees should be able to use their vacation when they want/need it.

    Get free money if help the store out. Extra pay during holidays.

    Slow at times. Too many responsibilities for low pay.

    To provide great customer service with also exhibiting great inter-communication skills

    Having incompetent co workers that are not able to do their job in a professional manner

    great people

    family culture

    many employees have worked there over 30 years
    processes are very manual
    no growth is company

    time to bring in more college graduates and consultants to bring in new processes

    Pros

    Extensive customer service - challenging at times, but for the service-oriented, work is fulfilling. Rewarding in experience & skills gained. Must be self-directed & responsible. Competencies are recognized with salary increases.

    Cons

    Though business has typical security measures, it's in a higher crime area. Night shifts can be tense.

    work long hours but a heat company to work for and great tips. love the work environment. people treat you with respect.

    the pay is horrible for the amount of work you have to do, some times the client treat you like trash.

    challenging, never boring,but no where to move up ladder for management

    I don't see anyone moving up the ladder very quickly

    Pros

    Centrally located in the Philadelphia Area, 9/80 work week (off every other friday), great benefits and salary, tuition reimbursement

    Cons

    Majority of the company was sold off so it does not have nearly the size and scale that it had in the past.
